  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Yes, we accept returns or exchanges for items purchased within 30 days. For more information on returns, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.
  • Do you ship outside the United States?
    Yes. For international orders, we will email you with an invoice for the additional shipping charge when the order is received.
  • I have a cool old t-shirt from the '70s. Can you print one of your designs on it for me?
    Sure, although we can't promise it will look as good. We can print on just about any fabric. Just e-mail us and we'll tell you how to get it to us.
  • I have a really cool design that I'd like you to print on a shirt for me. Can you do that?
    Sure, as long as you order a minimum of 12 shirts. Just go to our Custom page and follow the instructions.
  • I just placed an order and I live in the city. Can I just pick it up from you so I don't have to pay shipping?
    Sure. Just select In-Store Pickup when you check out, and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
  • I want to get one of your t-shirts as a gift for my booty call, but their birthday is this weekend! Can you rush an order for me?"
    Yep, but an additional rush charge and/or an expedited shipping charge may apply depending on when you need it. Contact us and we'll let you know.
  • I want to order stuff, but I don't have a credit card. What are my options?"
    You can mail a check to us, but make sure it has your driver's license number, your address and your phone number. We also accept cold hard cash. Just shoot us an e-mail.
  • What are your store hours?
    Our retail store, STyLehouse, is open Tuesday - Friday 10am - 5pm, Saturday 11am - 5pm and Sunday 12pm - 4pm. We are closed Mondays. Store hours are subject to change, so please check our website for the most up-to-date information.
  • What if I have a question that isn't addressed on the FAQ page?
    Email us and we'll happily reply!
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Orders usually ship within 1-3 days, but occasionally some items may be on backorder. STL-Style will contact you if your order cannot ship within one week.
  • What kind of shirts do you use?
    Our shirts are premium quality poly/cotton fabric blends. We use brands such as Next Level and Bella+Canvas, but brands are subject to change without notice based on availability. If there's a specific brand/style you prefer, just ask- we can order just about anything you want!
  • What size should I order?
    Our shirts are poly/cotton blends so they won't shrink much, but they may tighten up slightly in the dryer. Ladies' shirts in particular are fitted and tend to run small. If you are unsure on the sizing, order a size larger. Please review our sizing chart for shirt specs.
  • I own a retail boutique and I want to carry some of your products. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
    YES! To qualify for wholesale pricing, just fill out our wholesale form along with a copy of your tax ID certificate so we can set up your account, and let us know what products you're interested in specifically. We'll get right back to you with wholesale pricing and other important details. Our merch can be found in a variety of retail shops all over the metro- we'd love to add yours to the list!
  • You guys have such a great concept, but I'm offended by some of the profanity and sexual references. Can't you clean it up a bit?"
    No.
  • I don't know what to buy my friend! Do you guys sell gift cards?
    We sure do! Shop our gift card options by clicking here.
  • Do you offer curbside pickup?
    YES! Just place your order online and select In-Store Pickup when you check out, and you'll receive an email notification with curbside pickup info when your order is complete.
  • Can I get one of your designs printed on a sweatshirt or hoodie?
    Of course! We can print our designs on all different garment styles and colors. If you have a specific request, just contact us with your request and we'll be glad to help you out.
